The Springs at FountainView is designed for those residents who need a little bit of extra help with medical issues or the activities of daily living. Residents who live in one of the 46 studio and one bedroom assistive living units at The Springs, receive additional home health care and supportive services through Northern Home Care. We seek to enable residents of The Springs to enjoy their retirement years with dignity and independence in a supportive, nurturing home-like setting.

In addition to the amenities and services offered to all residents of FountainView, individuals residing at The Springs can choose from one of 6 levels of care:

Care Level 1

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming three times per week.

Care Level 2

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming every morning.

Care Level 3

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming each morning and PM care each evening.

Care Level 4

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming each morning; PM care each evening; and an escort to all meals.

Care Level 5

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming daily (AM and PM). They also receive escorts to meals, assistance with toileting as needed, and medication management services, including medication pours and reminders.

Care Level 6

The resident receives scheduled full assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming daily (AM and PM). They also receive escorts to and assistance with meals, assistance with daily toileting and incontinence care as needed, and medication management services, including medication pours and reminders.
