FountainView's residents have access to a variety of programs and facilities to stay active and fit. Our staff includes personal trainers to design exercise routines that are appropriate for each individual's age and level of physical conditioning. In addition, we offer a number of fitness classes to help you stay in shape, improve your quality of life, and have fun while doing it. These include:

We also have a number of outdoor activities available for residents to keep fit and healthy, such as taking walks on our fitness trails. At FountainView, we do everything we can to help our residents lead full and rewarding lives in their later years.
