In addition, residents who need more help with the activities of daily living can reside in one of 46 assistive living apartments and receive daily support services through a caring staff as well as a home health care agency. Plus, they can take advantage of the existing world of activities.

CHOOSE YOUR APARTMENT

FountainView offers 109 spacious one-and two-bedroom apartments for independent living located in three interconnected buildings separated by garden areas and surrounded by landscaped grounds with walking paths and outdoor seating. Most apartments include balconies, and all apartments feature spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, oversized bathrooms, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. All apartments include an emergency call system, and 24-hour security is provided for added peace-of-mind. The Springs, a fourth building located onsite, offers 46 studio and one-bedroom assistive living residences, providing 3 meals a day, and additional care at our concierge level. Residents of The Springs benefit from all of the services and amenities at FountainView as well as assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing and medication management provided through a contract with a licensed home health care agency.
