We are certain you’ll find something that’s right for you among book discussions, interactive political & current affairs discussions, exercise classes, arts and crafts, bingo, card games and much more. Residents often comment on how busy they are.

FountainView has a number of buses available to transport residents. We do have wheelchair accessible buses available. Residents enjoy travelling by bus to the local shopping centers, doctors’ appointments and special trips and events outside our community.

Yes. FountainView has ample outside parking for resident’s vehicles.

At FountainView care is tailored to individual needs and residents pay only for the services they require (in addition to basic rent rates). The rate can be adjusted as a resident’s needs change. To learn more about our rates and pricing structure, speak with a Marketing Director.

We are sensitive to the needs of all our residents, so FountainView is a non smoking environment. There are areas outside on our verandah that are dedicated for residents or their families to smoke.

The Springs building has 46 apartments that are either studio or 1 bedroom design. They come with kitchenettes and private bathrooms. They are designed for residents who no longer want to cook for themselves and may need extra help with activities of daily living.

The other 3 buildings at FountainView have a combined total of 109 apartments with full kitchens, washer/dryers and private bathrooms and are designed for residents who lead a more active independent lifestyle.

Absolutely. This is your home and you should have all the comforts and furnishings you enjoy. However, if you choose an apartment in our Springs building you can have the option of bringing your own furniture or using furniture supplied by FountainView.

FountainView has a variety of spacious, private apartments with different floor plans to choose from. All of them have private bathrooms, and most have patios or decks. Residents have their own keys and may come and go as they please.

There is no community fee required at FountainView, however you will pay a security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. That deposit is placed in an interest bearing escrow account and is returned to you when the apartment is vacated.

You will have access to an Internist on-site three days a week and a Podiatrist on-site once a week in the Wellness Center. In addition, you can contact an on-site Licensed Home Care Agency that is operated by a licensed nurse who oversees all aspects of care, including assessments, medication management and communication with family and physicians for services.

All FountainView apartments are equipped with emergency call systems.

FountainView gives seniors the opportunity to live with independence and spend more time doing the things they enjoy----all with the peace of mind that someone is always there to help. FountainView is designed especially for older people who might need a little help with daily tasks but do not require nursing care.
